Our commitment
Crexa should be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the product, not something bolted on afterward.
The standard we work toward
We are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
We say "working toward" deliberately. We have not completed a formal audit, and claiming conformance we haven't verified would be worse than being honest about where we are.
What's built in
- Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls
- Text alternatives on images and icons
- Motion and animation respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting - Color is never the only way information is conveyed
- Form fields have associated labels and inline error messages
Known limitations
Crexa isn't fully accessible yet. Content uploaded by members — campaign cover images, source files, and clips hosted on external platforms — is outside our direct control, and we can't guarantee its accessibility.
If you find a barrier we haven't listed, telling us is genuinely useful.
Feedback and requests
If something on Crexa is inaccessible to you, contact us. We take these seriously and will work with you to get the information or complete the transaction another way.

What helps most: the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Alternative access
If any part of Crexa is inaccessible to you, contact us and we'll help you complete what you were doing — creating a campaign, submitting a clip, or managing a payout — through another channel.
